This video explains the phenomenon that is not explainable the concept of saying that word just tastes awful or that food tastes like a specific shape or color. Sounds and Colors blend together and reality is wired differently. Once this happens in a persons' life there is no changing it. That means for the rest of their lives a specific number has a different color or a specific letter and hearing sounds might do something to do that is peaceful or annoying. How bazaar? I can say that having Synesthesia may give you a hand up but as for me it could cause major destruction.
it is fascinating to think that there are people who can see another meaning to something. how is it possible to see different colors in letters and that in music they can see letters. would they be smarter than the average person because they are able to see more than to what they see or hear they are able to relate other meanings to letters,food,sounds. It's amazing
ReplyDeleteI really liked reading about this in the book it was interesting. I wish I could do that, image the how much your perception of reality would change. The music note with color would be wonderful! I don't know how this would be a negative thing, maybe it could be distracting but since you'll lived with it forever its just becomes second nature?
